common issues
i cannot join a room
the room may be full, expired, or password-protected. check the invite link and password with the host.
a source will not play
some links may not support embedded playback or may be blocked by the source provider or browser. try another link, upload a file, or use another supported source.
my upload failed
the file may be too large, unsupported, or interrupted during upload. try a smaller file or a common format like mp3, mp4, or webm.
the queue changed unexpectedly
a host dj or dj may have reordered, removed, skipped, or paused an item.
i want someone else to manage the queue
the host dj can make another user a dj from the room member list.
